    Dr. Ferguson was born and raised in Ohio County and has lived in Elizabethtown, Kentucky for the past 20 years. Before joining KYINFAS, he has most recently worked with Rehab Resources and Encompass Home Health in the Hardin County area. He has been named a Kentucky Colonel three times by three different Kentucky governors! This honor is for going beyond expectations and making a difference in a company or individual’s life!

    Areas of interest include: Rehab program development and management; Rehab- including balance, sensory integration, and praxis-disorder; Wound prevention and wound care; Restraint reduction and properly fitted wheelchairs; and prophylactic intervention in individuals of all ages through fitness and condition training.

    Outside of clinic, you may see him participating at the PAC in Hardin County! Dr. Ferguson played Sitting Bull in Annie Get Your Gun. Past productions that he has also appeared in include: Our Town, Macbeth, and Elephant Man. He placed second in Men’s ADFPA National Powerlifting Championship in 1988 and 1989 in the 220-pound weight class. In his free time, Dr. Ferguson when not at work or on stage enjoys sharing time with his wonderful wife, Christine, powerlifting, traveling, and watching old movies.

    Physical Therapist Priyanka Gupta was born and brought up in Chandigarh, India and lived there for two decades. Before coming to United States, she worked as PT with Spine Surgeon at Knee Arthroscopy and Spine Endoscopy Centre at Chandigarh, India. She worked in Govt. Hospital, sector 32, Chandigarh, India. She has experience in orthopedics, pediatrics and neuro cases.

    Her favorite part about the job is helping people live without pain and making their life functional.

    Dr. Lynes was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and graduated high school from Sacred Heart Academy. Always having had a passion for the medical field, her time at University of Louisville was directed with a Pre-Med emphasis alongside of the Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She is a proud Bellarmine University graduate with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, having completed her doctoral thesis on the impact of aquatics on individuals of the autism spectrum. Her time at Bellarmine University, she notes, empowered her to be a great physical therapist focused on patient care. Dr. Lynes began her physical therapy career in Texas as the neurology specialist for balance, working most closely with diagnoses of Parkinson's disease, Guillan-Barre, strokes, Lewy body dementia, post-Polio syndrome, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease), and Meniere's disease. She has progressed her career in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, and New York as an Army officer's wife. Her passion for patient wellness has led her to work in a variety of settings, to include orthopedics, skilled nursing, acute care, and home health care. She is active in the special needs community, which is close to her heart in having two special needs foster brothers. Family is a strong part of Dr. Lynes' life; with her husband, Matt, she has two children, Lillian and Colin. In her free-time, Dr. Lynes enjoys trail riding, running & exercising, and spending time with her family.
